We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of items are not returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not returnable. We also do not accept returns on the following products: intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care products

To complete a return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only a partial refund may be given: (if applicable)

* Books that show obvious signs of use

* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or has parts missing due to no fault of ours.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after shipment
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund request will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or to the original payment method within a few days.
Refunds overdue or not received (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to process the refund.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to process.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email glassrm2595@gmail.com and then ship your item to: 9515 WEST 74TH AVENUE

Gifts
If the purchased item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you by the merchant, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. We will mail you a gift certificate once the returned item is received.

If the purchased item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their own address and then gave it to you, we will refund the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
